Gina’s Table was born from a simple but powerful idea: that food has the power to connect, to nourish, and to tell stories across generations. Founded by Gina Dang, a Vietnamese-Australian food manufacturer and daughter of one of the largest strawberry farmers in Australia, our brand was created to celebrate the beauty of real food and the richness of cultural heritage—starting right from the family table. Raised on a strawberry farm, as a second generation, Gina grew up surrounded by hard work, resilience, and the belief that food is love. But she also saw how much good produce was being lost to waste simply because it didn’t meet cosmetic standards. That sparked a mission: to turn farm excess and culturally inspired family recipes into something meaningful—food that is good for people, the planet, and communities. Gina’s Table is a brand built on three core values: Family – Everything we do is rooted in family, from the recipes we create to the relationships we build. Food – We believe in real food, made with real ingredients, without compromise. Future – As a female- and Asian-owned food business, we are passionate about sustainability, social responsibility, and circular economy practices. From upcycling fruits to reducing food waste and supporting regional growers, we embed purpose into every product and building a better food system for tomorrow. Our range focuses on what we do best: freeze-dried innovation. We produce premium freeze-dried snacks, natural powdered ingredients, fruit crumbles for baking and toppings, and a growing range of frozen and chocolate-coated products—all designed to bring joy, nutrition, and creativity to every pantry. Our mission is to make it easy for families and food lovers to enjoy honest, wholesome foods that honour tradition while embracing innovation.
